Framing in the Basement, Part 1
Our friend Chris has been framing walls in our basement!
Standing in the hall outside the bathroom, looking down the hall into the storage room.

Standing in the doorway of the storage room, looking in.

Standing in the larger of my office's closets, looking into my office.

Standing near the bathroom, looking at the "project area" next to the stairs and outside my office.

Standing just inside my office, looking toward the stairs and project area.

Standing in the doorway of my office looking in.

Standing in the family room looking past the foot of the stairs into my office.

I sure do not want to burst your bubble but those pics left me with lots of questions. Nothing was recognizable except Fred's steps.
I will add some descriptive text!
Did you get a fish-eye lens?
I have a wide-angle lens that I bought for my old Sony 8mm camcorder in NYC before I went atop the WTC. I wanted to capture the panoramic vista! ;-) Little did I know it was a limited-time opportunity... The towers came down the following September.
I bought the lens and an adaptor ring in a stereo-typical NYC camera store. I spent too much.
Anyway, I decided to experiment with my sony pocket digital camera and the lens, using a piece of PVC pipe between the camera and lens. You can tell in the picture that alignment is imperfect, but it was fun enough that I'll try to do something less spontaneous and better designed in the future. pocket cameras are never wide-angle enough on their own.
