Two months old and all is well

Thursday, October 20th, marked 2 months for Henry Thomas. He celebrated on Friday by going to his doctor for a check up. Everything went well. He weighed in at 11 pounds 4 ounces and is now 22 1/2 inches long. He got his first wave of immunizations. Except for the initial shock and dismay of being jabbed in both thighs at the same time, he did great. He screamed for about 10 seconds and that was all I heard about it. He has had no bad reactions. He has been a bit more sleepy this weekend, but that's the only side effect we've seen.

Also noteworthy:

• He's wearing some of his 3-6 month clothes now, though most are still a bit big.
• He's in the midst of his first cold. He really loves it when I come at him with the suction bulb (not)!
• He's doing a good job lifting and supporting his head. Still needs help, but he's definitely getting better.
• He had his first ride on the ATV. JUST KIDDING!!!!! Really, that was only for shock value. :)
